A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
The first step into a BLIZZful life, is to MOVE that body!.. For everyone another approach works but truth to be told, a good life begins with good health. A fit body will bring you places- and yes, it looks good as well!- but it also contributes to a strong, resilient mindset. Gaining fitness in body & mind will eventually lead to a -spiritual- fullfilled life..
As for me personally, I like to strenghten my musles with Bodyshape, get some corepower with Pilates and mind-body control with Yoga. Body and mind are interconnected, so work is needed on both ends. I found that meditation and breathing exercises are very useful to get more awareness of thoughts and emotions. It helped me to understand myself better and experience more joy.
Everyone seems to strive for happiness these days.... I would prefer to call it 'Blissfulness'.
Blissfulness is not something that you earn from outside of yourself; it is something that you dig deep into yourself and find. I strongly belief that if you want change in life, becoming aware of your thoughts is essential. The game changer for me was when I learned to see the difference between the thoughts that are more intuitive and the ones that are Ego-driven. This is important because your thougths and beliefs influence your feelings and emotions and the way you experience life.
When you are really in touch with your authentic truth, you will naturally be in bliss.
So if you want to change your life? Be ruthlessly honest to yourself and take responsibility for your actions. Start moving! ..an chances are you will become a-hell-of-a-best-version of yourself!
